Q. Are you opening for dining?
A. At this time we are continuing our carry out operations. Our team is working to re-establish inventory and appropriate staffing to properly serve our dining guests in the very near future. We are expecting to open dining service on Thursday and Friday evenings beginning May 28th and 29th. Dining room and patio seating capacity will be reduced and tables will be appropriately spaced for social distancing. Reservations will be required. Please note that we will continue to post our most up to date information on our facebook and website pages.
Q. Why are you still requiring a credit card for your orders or tee times?
A. Our facility is still participating in best practices for limiting points of contact. Contactless payment is still a process that our team is encouraging. We will be setting up many of point of sale terminals to be cashless and offer a customer facing credit card terminal for self swiping.
Q. Is the driving range open?
A. Yes! Hitting bays will be spaced out for appropriate social distancing, and space may be limited.
Q. Is the bar open?
A. The Billy 60 Bar is open to the public for golfers and guests . The bar will have limited seating with appropriate spacing between tables. Bar stools may not be available at the bar. We will ask our customers to seek service at the bar counter, and promote cashless and contactless payments.
Q. Is the golf shop open?
A. Yes! Guest capacity will be limited to 5 persons in the golf shot at a time. The sales counter will be set up with a self swipe credit card terminal. Traffic in the golf shop will be single direction moving with persons entering from the East side of the building and exiting on the South side of the building.
Q. Are single riders on golf carts still enforce?
A. No, riders will be doubled up as was done previous to the executive order. Persons who wish to ride alone may request to do so. An additional $5 single rider fee will be charged due to a lack of golf cart availability at times.
Q. What steps is the club taking to ensure a safe experience?
A. The club has increased its cleaning and sanitizing procedures, reduced our operating capacity to accommodate additional distance between tables, and educated staff on best practices. Staff will be wearing gloves during service, and they have the option to wear a personal mask. The use of single serve items will be promoted, and contact points will be limited.
